Cary and Chamberlain, Point 16 Big Sur

Cary and Cam were lucky enough to be surrounded not only by the beautiful grounds of Point 16 in Big Sur, but by the beautiful bonds between their friends and family.  The family ties were sincere and heartfelt.  The speeches that Cary's sisters gave made my heart melt and made me think how much I love my sisters and thank God everyday that I have them.  The camaraderie between Cam and his college buddies was not only hilarious but seemed to have a bond that would last a lifetime. 

It was apparent why Cary and Cam chose Point 16 for their celebration.  Cam's love for landscapes, incredible views (my favorite view was the cliff side open air bathroom) and the vast ocean and sky of California's Central Coast.  

To close this joyous occasion Cary and Cam danced the night away beside a roaring bonfire to the sounds of her fathers kick A band.

Congratulations Cary and Cam, you deserve all of the happiness in the world.

Laura & Brandon Avila, Ca.

     Laura and Brandon found their dream wedding location in beautiful Avila Valley Ca.   The intimate ceremony was held in the breathtaking garden gazebo at the Sycamore Mineral Springs resort. Laura and Brandon were radiant in the gorgeous central coast light.

     The reception was held in the banquet room at the resort. The evening was enjoyed by all with amazing food, great wine, and hard to match dance moves ... everyone could truly dance!!  Thank you Laura and Brandon it has been a pleasure working with you on your perfect day.

Bethany & Matt - Cayucos,California

      I know how truly blessed I am to have grown up on the Central Coast of California.  It's fun to find the perfect location for couples from out of town.  Cayucos is a beautiful town on Highway 1 in San Luis Obispo County.  After talking with Bethany, I knew this open field and rocky beach would be perfect.   

Bethany had her sweet, loving Matt by her side which brought out the most radiant smile.  The afternoon was peaceful and an ideal way to get to know this beautiful couple before their big day.

     Wow has it been an amazing summer and fall!!  The Allyson Magda team has been hopping from one exciting, beautiful event to another.  I am so happy to get the time to blog once again and show you all the beautiful weddings I have had the privilege of photographing.  

    Bethany and Matt's sunshine wedding was held at the historical San Luis Obispo Mission, and was full of laughter and special blessings. I was so moved by the sweet love Bethany and Matt have for each other.  

     Their reception was held in the barrel room at stunning Robert Hall Winery. Full of beautiful bright flowers by the even so talented bloom diva, Corrinne of Pancea, and soft romantic light.  I will always remeber how peaceful and happy Bethany and Matt were on their perfect day.  Congratulations!!!

     I fell in love with Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo.  It is a beautiful location filled with winding pathways, a rustic barn, and fragrant flowers of every color. Lesley and Pete are world travelers who fell in love and found their way to california to say......            " I DO " 

After the beautiful ceremony the reception began on the spacious  lower lawn.  Everyone had a wonderful time enjoying perfect California weather. Heart felt speeches,  followed by sweet tears lead to  fun songs that kept everyone moving for hours.  Congratulations Lesley and Pete on your perfect day!
